Facebook Dating is now available on your app
So it finally happened, Facebook Dating is now official and Malaysia was part of the first wave among 18 other countries. According to Facebook, Facebook Dating isn't really like Tinder and other dating apps, as it also specializes in safety and privacy (haha, right) and doesn't require you to swipe left or right. Instead, it uses the "Secret Crush" feature. Here is how it works.
Secret Crush allows you to add your crush to a list secretly and don't panic, no one, not even your secret crush will be able to see your list. However, if you also have to add you to their own secret favorites list, both of your Facebook Dating profiles will be revealed and taa daaaa, what a surprise! Also, you can only add up to 9 times and only once per day but can be removed whenever you feel like it. Also, there are other things you should know about Facebook Dating:

If you want to get started, you'll first have to update your Facebook app (not available on web browsers), go to the settings menu and you'll see the word "Dating". Click that and then you can follow the instructions on setting up your new profile. Good luck finding the love of your life!
